Our Programs
Three Pillars. One Purpose.
The Catch Mentorship is designed to equip our youth with mental health support, work readiness, and everyday life skills.
Pillar 01
Mental Health Support
Healing from the inside out.
We believe mental wellness is the foundation of everything. Our mental health pillar provides youth with access to counselors, peer support groups, and trauma-informed workshops — creating a safe space to process, heal, and grow.
- 1-on-1 sessions with counselors
- Weekly peer support circles
- Trauma-informed care training
- Stress management and coping tools
- Crisis intervention resources
Pillar 02
Work Readiness
From the classroom to the career.
Our work readiness strategy prepares youth ages 16-19 for the workforce with real-world skills, employer to youth coaching, and various hands-on experiences. We don't just teach resumes—we open doors.
- Resume writing and interview coaching
- Financial literacy workshops
- Career pathway planning
Pillar 03
Everyday Life Skills
Back to the basics.
From cooking a meal to managing a budget, our life skills program fills the gaps that formal education misses — or we simply forget. We equip youth with practical tools for independent, responsible living, including the emotional maturity to navigate life's challenges with confidence and grace.
- Budgeting and money management
- Fitness and Nutrition Workshops
- Conflict resolution and communication
- Time management and goal setting
- Civic responsibility and community engagement
